WHY IS MY ORDER ON HOLD?
To understand why your order is on hold view your order. On the shopping cart screen each line item has an Item Status (bottom right). Here you will see one of two possibilities for your order being on HOLD.
- PRODUCTION QUESTION – If you see this (see below in yellow) it means we have a question about that line item on your order. To resolve the issue please give Customer Service a call (800) 699-4436 x555.
- CREDIT STOP – If you see this (below in yellow) it means your account is not up to date per our payment terms. To resolve this issue give our Accounting group a call at (800) 699-4436 x556.
