CANCELLATION STATUS AND WHAT IT MEANS
If your order shows up in cancelled status, and you did not cancel the order, it means Blackinton had an issue and is working on the order. Within 24 hours the order should show up in the confirmed state (if it does not call us).
- Essentially, behind the scenes Blackinton had to fix something on the order. To do this, we temporarily put the order in cancelled status, make the correction, and then flip the order back to confirmed status. The systems are talking to each other during this time, so you happened to catch the order in the cancelled mode
- We are sorry for the confusion this is causing. We will look at changing the terminology as to not set off alarms. As mentioned, within 24 hours you will see that the order is in confirmed state (on the factory floor), if you do not give customer service a call to check on the order.
