We are finding many dealers are questioning what to do when they need to order multiple badges that are all the same except for the engraving on one line; i.e., whether it be the bottom panel engraved with different numbers, or ranks engraved on one line.  The best practice is to do the following:

1. Indicate the quantity you would like
2. Personalize the badge as you would like it
3. When you get to the line (panel) that you want a variety of differing lettering on it – DO NOT choose a panel leave this line blank
4. Choose special instructions and indicate in special instructions what you would like engraved on that line; i.e., On the bottom panel I would like the following engraved once / badge:  3456, 7654, 9876, 1234, 5754

Do not write special instructions on the panel.  We will see your special instructions you do not need to tell us you are including special instructions. 

1. The first thing you should do if you can’t find your panel is change the font and see if you can find the panel.  If you still cannot find the panel – go to #2
2. Try searching for only part of the word.  For instance, Attleboro can be spelled Attleboro or Attleborough.  In the search type Attl and see what the results are.
3. If you still cannot find the panel call customer service and explain that you cannot find a panel, the information we will need is:
   1. Badge style number
   2. Which panel on the badge are you trying to find?  2, 3, 5, 6 etc… 
   3. What is the lettering you are looking for on the panel?
   4. What is the panel style number if you know it?
4. We will look into this and if we find a panel missing from the system, we will add the panel to the system
