If you are looking for a product and can’t find it the first thing you will want to do is ensure you are typing in the style number correctly.  Most of our style numbers start with a letter and are followed by a series of number.  There is no space or characters between the letter and number.  Some of our style numbers have letters at the end, in this case they are always serpated with a – “dash”.  Below is our typical naming convention.

Still can’t find the product?

It could potentially be that the product category is not set up in the system yet.  Do you see other products like the one your searching for?  If not it is most likely that product line has yet to be launched.  

If you still have concern that the item is missing give customer service a call and provide the style number you are looking for.  We will look into it and if the product can be set up it will be.
