<p><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Each template is “one” product configuration. Using templates will speed up order placement, we highly recommend you use this feature. Remember when naming templates you do not need to include department name, your template is already associated with that department. Use something like Chief hat badge… etc.There are two ways you can create templates, from the menu and from an order, both are outlined below.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #ff6600; font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Creating a Template from the Menu</strong> </span></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Go to menu Templates / New Template</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Give your template a unique name (do not use department name) i.e., Captain shirt badge</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Configure the product</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Click add to template</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Review and if ok click save </span></li>
</ol>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span style="color: #ff6600; font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Creating a Template from an Order</span></strong></span></p>
<ol>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">I</span><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">f you are creating an order and have a product configuration on your order you want to save as a template</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">From the order review screen find the line item you want to save</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">In the bottom right of the line item click on the ITEM ACTION / Template</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The template window will pop up, name your template</span>
<ol>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Note it is already linked to your customer no need to use customer name in template name</span></li>
</ol>
</li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Click create</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The window will close and green box will pop up above ITEM ACTION saying completed </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Congratulations your template is created</span></li>
</ol>
