CANCELLATION STATUS AND WHAT IT MEANS
If your order shows up in cancelled status, and you did not cancel the order, it means Blackinton had an issue and is working on the order. Within 24 hours the order should show up in the confirmed state (if it does not call us).

Essentially, behind the scenes Blackinton had to fix something on the order. To do this, we temporarily put the order in cancelled status, make the correction, and then flip the order back to confirmed status. The systems are talking to each other during this time, so you happened to catch the order in the cancelled mode

We are sorry for the confusion this is causing. We will look at changing the terminology as to not set off alarms. As mentioned, within 24 hours you will see that the order is in confirmed state (on the factory floor), if you do not give customer service a call to check on the order.

ALL – A master listing of all your orders regardless of the state of the order

RECENT – Lists from top to bottom the most recently opened / worked on order

DRAFT – Lists all orders being configured, that have not been submitted

REVIEW – Lists all orders in “review” state which is draft, EXCEPT review allows for one click submission

SUBMITTED – You have placed the order, you have 1 hour to recall it back to draft if there is an error on it (You would just need to pick RECALL on drop down menu and the order goes back to draft status)

CONFIRMED – Blackinton has reviewed the order and it is being manufactured

SHIPPED – Your order is on its way
A multi-line item order is moved to shipped once the first line item on that order ships – it doesn’t necessarily mean the entire order shipped. You will need to look at each line item for status.

CANCELED – Lists all orders that Blackinton has canceled upon your request
