<p><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">To add your customers to the database you should follow the steps below:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Go to the customer dashboard by clicking Customers/Manage on the menu</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Click on the plus sign in the upper right of the screen to add a customer (+) and your customer window will pop open</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Under Customer type &#8211; designate Business or Individuals, type in the customer name (you do not have to save until you are done adding all information) </span>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">We suggest you set your customers up as business and put the many contacts and addresses under the business</span></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Click Addresses tab, click Add New Address (link in upper right)… add the address if this is a default address click make default, as during check out it will default to this address. CLICK ADD</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Click Contacts / Add New Contact (link in upper right) </span>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Add each of the contacts you have for this department, after adding each CLICK ADD. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Be sure to identify who is the default contact by putting a check in the Make Default Contact. </span></li>
</ul>

<li><span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><strong>CLICK SAVE CUSTOMER</strong> When you are finished with this customer </span></li>
