SHIP COMPLETE
I want to have my order shipped complete – how do I do that?
If you want all of your line items to ship at the same time you must indicate this in SHIPPING Special Instructions. You will find this on the shipping page. The shipping page comes after the shopping cart when you click Finalize. On the shipping page you will need to scroll down to see special instructions (see below in yellow).
DO NOT inidicate ship complete in the special instructions when configuring a product. These instructions are strictly for the product being configured. If you indicate ship complete here we can not guarantee shipping complete.
Please keep in mind if you indicate ship complete your order will ship when the last item on your order is ready. If you have a quickship item on your order and you indicate ship complete, the quickship item WILL NOT ship within 5 business days it will ship when the last item on your order is ready.
