CHECKING SCHEDULED SHIP DATE
You can only check on the status of an order if it is in Confirmed or Shipped State.  If your order is in shipped or confirmed status you can track each line item. Many orders do not ship complete. To check when your line item is scheduled to ship do the following:

  • Go to either the Confirmed or Shipped tab on the Order dashboard
  • Find your order, and on the far right under Action click View on the drop down menu
  • Each line item (bottom center) has Factory Order Numbers, the numbers are hyperlinks.
  • Click the hyperlink and a window will open up showing the actual factory ticket
  • In the upper right hand corner of the factory order there is a Sched Ship: this is the scheduled ship date
  • If the item has shipped scroll down to the bottom of the factory order ticket
    • You will see the date it shipped with a tracking number, click on the tracking number to open the FEDX  or UPS sites to track your shipment
