This video demonstrates how you can use permissions within the portal to enhance roles and responsibilities of the various users within your account.

This tutorial walks you through adding web wizard users to your account. It also shows you how to disable a user should someone leave your company or no longer need access.

If you have problems seeing the scroll bar or your screen seems to be missing some data, like buttons etc.  It could be that your screen resolution is not set properly.  The minimum screen resolution supported to run the new Web Wizard ordering system is 1280 width.  If you are running at a resolution smaller than this you will experience problems.  Go to your system display to make changes to your screen resolution.

To edit an address or contact information go to Customers/Manage on the menu.  In the search box start typing the customer’s name you are looking for the and system will search as you type.  Upon finding your customer on far right of the customers information under action click on edit.

• Your customer window will open
• If you need to edit the address click on the address tab, find the address box on the left and click on it
• The address will populate on the right portion of the screen
• Begin making your edits
• When finished click update in the bottom right
• Then click save customer to close the window

To edit contact information you would follow the same steps above excpet you would start by clicking on the Contacts tab.

To add your customers to the database you should follow the steps below:

• Go to the customer dashboard by clicking Customers/Manage on the menu
• Click on the plus sign in the upper right of the screen to add a customer (+) and your customer window will pop open
• Under Customer type – designate Business or Individuals, type in the customer name (you do not have to save until you are done adding all information)
  • We suggest you set your customers up as business and put the many contacts and addresses under the business
• Click Addresses tab, click Add New Address (link in upper right)… add the address if this is a default address click make default, as during check out it will default to this address. CLICK ADD
• Click Contacts / Add New Contact (link in upper right)
  • Add each of the contacts you have for this department, after adding each CLICK ADD.
  • Be sure to identify who is the default contact by putting a check in the Make Default Contact.
• CLICK SAVE CUSTOMER When you are finished with this customer

To add and manage users:

1. Upon logging on in the upper right hand corner of the screen you will see your name
2. Click the arrow next to it and a box will open
3. Click the Manage Users link
