YOU CAN TURN ON AND OFF SHIPPING NOTIFICATOINS FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS
As you create / submit orders you can turn on shipping notifications for your customers by clicking a switch.  The default is no notification. 

  1. Start an order and add all the products you would like to order
  2. At the shopping cart page click Finalize – you will be brought to the shipping page
  3. On this page scroll to the bottom of the page
  4. You will see Customer Shipment Notifications O Yes   O No
  5. Click on the circle in front of yes and a box will appear
  6. If you have already added an email address for your contact in the address book their address will automatically appear
  7. If you do not have an email address tied to this contact you will need to enter it in the box (See Below), if you need to enter multiple email addresses separate them by semicolon ;
