HOW OTHERS FROM YOUR COMPANY CAN RECEIVE SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS
If there are other folks from your company who want to receive a shipping notification each time an order ships, follow the steps below.
- Login to the web wizard
- In the upper right hand corner you will see your name Click On Your Name
- A box will appear, in this box you will see a hyperlink System Settings
- Click on the System Settings link
- A Settings window will appear
- Under Shipped, to the right, is a toggle switch after The following additional email addresses will be notified when any items of ANY order have shipped
- Turn this switch on by clicking on it (it will turn blue) a box will appear
- Inside this box list each email address of folks who would like a notification each time an order ships (see below) ***email addresses must be separated by semicolons ;
- DO NOT put your email address here… if you want notifications just put a check mark in the box in front of notify me when an order i create ships
