CHANGING THE DEALER PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER
If your order is in draft/submitted mode and you realize at any point the purchase order number is wrong and you need to change it follow the below steps.
- If you order is not open, go to the Order Dashboard, find the order, go to action (far right) and click EDIT
- When the order is open look in the upper right corner of the screen under your name on the blue bar, click on the customer’s name (which is a hyperlink)
- You will be brought to a Modify Order Screen
- Enter the PO you would like to use
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Continue
- You will be brought to the shipping screen click Continue
- On the order confirmation screen you can now Submit, Save or put your order in Review Status
